What the research shows: Men

Results for men are more mixed. A 2025 systematic review of 10 clinical trials in 483 men (ages 16 to 70) found that Tribulus supplementation at 400 to 750 mg per day for one to three months improved erectile function in 3 of 5 studies that measured it, but 8 of 10 studies reported no significant change in testosterone or androgen levels.15
