01Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love every product you receive from HealthFare. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date — even on opened bottles. No questions asked.
02How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@healthfaregroup.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
03Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
04Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different size or formula, contact us at support@healthfaregroup.com. Exchanges are processed as a new order after the original item is returned. We cover return shipping on exchanges for US addresses.
05Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
06Subscribe & Save Orders
Subscription orders follow the same 60-day money-back guarantee. You may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no fees, no questions. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, manage your subscription before the renewal date shown in your account. If a renewal has already processed and you do not want the order, contact support@healthfaregroup.com and we will cancel and refund as long as the shipment has not left our facility; once shipped, the standard 60-day return policy applies.
07Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.
08Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@healthfaregroup.com.
