refund policy

We stand behind every product we make. If something is not right, we will make it right.

01Supplements and Retail Products

This section applies only to non-prescription products such as supplements, retail items, and accessories. Prescription medications, injection treatments, and weight loss program services are excluded (see Section 2).

Our return policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), as well as certain health and personal care products. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes but is not limited to: books with obvious signs of use; CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened; any item not in its original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and any item returned more than 180 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have already contacted your bank and credit card company and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@healthfaregroup.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@healthfaregroup.com and mail your item to: 1500 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: 1500 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

02Weight Loss Program, Prescriptions, and Injections

This section applies to all prescription medications, injection treatments, compounded drugs, and services provided through our Weight Loss Program. These items and services are not covered by the retail return policy above.

At HealthFare, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care through our Weight Loss Program. Due to the customized nature of the services we provide, please note the following refund policy:

No Refunds After Medical Processing Begins

Once you complete your medical intake form and our licensed healthcare providers begin reviewing your case, we initiate the formulation and fulfillment process for your weight loss treatment. Processing begins immediately upon submission of your intake form. At this point, your order is locked and becomes non-refundable.

This policy applies to all packages and includes physician review and medical evaluation, custom prescription formulation, medication preparation and pharmacy coordination, and shipping and handling arrangements.

All prescription medications and weight loss injections are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return once processing has begun.

Due to FDA and pharmacy regulations, prescription medications that have left our facility cannot be returned or resold under any circumstances. This ensures patient safety and compliance with federal law.

Medication Formulation Notice & Allergy / Ingredient Disclosure

All GLP-1 medications and weight loss injections provided through our program are compounded with Vitamin B12 and Glycine as supportive components that are commonly used in compounded formulations.

These ingredients are included as part of our standardized preparation process and do not represent a therapeutic claim or guarantee of improved outcomes.

Patients with known allergies or sensitivities to Vitamin B12, Glycine, or any other component must notify us before completing the medical intake form. Patients who require a formulation without these supportive ingredients must also disclose this prior to submission so our clinical team can determine whether an alternative preparation is possible.

Because compounded prescriptions are custom-made for each patient, once your prescription is submitted to the pharmacy for compounding, the formula cannot be modified. At that stage, the order becomes final, and refunds, returns, or changes cannot be provided based on ingredient preferences, allergies disclosed after processing, or requests to alter the composition.

Medical Intake Form Requirement

After your order is placed, a required medical intake form will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This form must be completed before any prescription medication can be dispensed or shipped.

If the medical intake form is not completed within three (3) calendar days of receipt, the order will automatically move into internal processing. At that point, the order can no longer be canceled, as clinical review preparation, prescription planning, pharmacy coordination, and fulfillment workflows may begin.

Prescription medications will not be shipped until the completed medical intake form has been reviewed and approved by a licensed healthcare provider. However, failure to submit the medical intake form within the required timeframe does not pause processing, extend cancellation eligibility, or qualify the order for a refund.

Orders with incomplete medical intake forms may remain temporarily pending for fulfillment purposes. Once processing has begun, the order is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of when the medical intake form is ultimately submitted.

It is the patient’s responsibility to complete the medical intake form promptly. To avoid delays, cancellation issues, or loss of eligibility, the medical intake form must be completed within three (3) days of receipt.

03General Provisions

Acknowledgment of Terms

By purchasing from HealthFare, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Customers purchasing prescription medications or weight loss treatments are required to consent to these terms before completing checkout.

Severability

If any provision of this Return Policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and in full effect.

Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to this Policy, any purchase, subscription, service, prescription medication, weight loss program, or transaction with HealthFare shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. By purchasing from HealthFare, the customer expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

04Subscription Terms

Certain HealthFare products and services, including dietary supplement subscriptions, weight management program subscriptions, and other recurring non-prescription services, are offered on a recurring billing basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize HealthFare to automatically charge your selected payment method at the disclosed billing amount and frequency until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the terms below.

Billing Authorization & Consent

At checkout and in order confirmations, you are informed that the purchase is a subscription and will renew automatically. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to recurring charges and acknowledge responsibility for managing your subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription by using your customer account subscription management portal, or by following the cancellation instructions provided at signup and in your subscription emails.

To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

No Retroactive Refunds

Once a subscription charge has been processed, it is non-refundable. HealthFare does not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, charges that have already been posted, failure to cancel before the next billing date, unused products or services, or failure to review or manage the subscription.

Customer Responsibility

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel their subscription before renewal. Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or charge reversal.

Subscription & Weight Loss Services

If a subscription renewal results in services or products entering medical review, prescription processing, or fulfillment, the charge is final and non-refundable consistent with Section 2 (Weight Loss Programs and Prescriptions).

05Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Payment Reversals

This section applies to all purchases, subscriptions, prescription medications, weight loss programs, supplements, services, and products offered by HealthFare.

Customers agree to contact HealthFare directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or claim with a financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim does not cancel the customer’s obligations under this Policy and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

If a customer receives products, prescription medications, compounded medications, supplements, consultations, medical reviews, services, or any other benefits provided by HealthFare, the customer remains responsible for all amounts owed regardless of whether a dispute is initiated.

HealthFare reserves the right to immediately suspend, delay, or terminate subscriptions, services, medication shipments, prescription fulfillment, account access, future purchases, and ongoing treatment plans while a dispute is pending.

If a dispute is resolved in HealthFare’s favor, the customer remains responsible for any outstanding balances, products received, services rendered, and costs incurred as a result of the dispute to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

HealthFare reserves the right to recover unpaid balances, payment processor fees, administrative costs, collection costs, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in connection with the recovery of amounts owed where permitted by applicable law.

Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes may become ineligible for future purchases, subscriptions, prescription services, financing programs, or treatment plans offered by HealthFare.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to HealthFare under applicable law.
