Free shipping on US orders over $50. Fast, reliable delivery direct from our facility.
01Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
02Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50 (after discounts). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met.
03Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99 for orders under $50. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99. Overnight shipping (1 business day, order by 12:00 PM ET): $24.99. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. HealthFare is not responsible for carrier delays.
04International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. HealthFare is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
05Subscribe & Save Orders
Recurring subscription orders ship automatically on your selected renewal date. Free shipping thresholds apply to subscription orders as they do to one-time purchases. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each renewal.
06Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier website or by visiting our order tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
07Lost or Stolen Packages
HealthFare is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check around your delivery area and with neighbors, then contact the carrier. If the issue is unresolved, email support@healthfaregroup.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
08Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. HealthFare is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@healthfaregroup.com as soon as possible — we can correct addresses before the order ships.
